Trust Run is a B2B digital marketplace and SaaS platform for professional business users. It enables independent Producers to present and sell products to professional Buyers and provides related digital platform functionality.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service, Shardana UK Ltd is not the seller, manufacturer, importer, reseller, distributor, carrier or freight forwarder of products listed by independent Producers and does not take title to those goods.
Use of transaction and account functionality is subject to the applicable contractual documents presented during registration or use, including the Trust Run Producer Agreement or Trust Run Buyer Agreement, as applicable.
Personal-data processing is described in the Trust Run Privacy Policy. Storage and access technologies are addressed in the Trust Run Cookie Policy and the live Cookie Settings interface.
The Trust Run name, platform, software, interface, database structure, platform content created by Shardana and Trust Run branding are owned by or licensed to Shardana UK Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Producer names, trademarks, product images, catalogue materials and other third-party content remain the property of their respective owners or licensors. No licence is granted except as necessary to use the Trust Run service in accordance with the applicable agreement.
Trust Run aims to keep platform and corporate information accurate and current. Product information, certifications, origin information, availability and other catalogue content supplied or approved by Producers remain the responsibility of the relevant Producer as described in the applicable agreements.
