This Cookie Policy explains how Shardana UK Ltd (“Shardana”, “Trust Run”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar storage and access technologies on the Trust Run website and B2B platform. It should be read together with the Trust Run Privacy Policy.
Shardana UK Ltd is incorporated in England and Wales under Company No. 14611233, VAT No. GB436361106, with registered office at International House, 36-38 Cornhill, London EC3V 3NG, United Kingdom. Privacy contact: privacy@trustrun.it
Cookies are small data files stored on or accessed from a user's device. Similar technologies can include local storage, pixels, scripts, tags and other technologies that store information on, or access information from, a device.
The rules applicable to a particular technology depend on its purpose and operation, not merely on whether it is technically called a cookie.
Trust Run may use storage and access technologies for the following categories:
The exact technologies deployed may change as Trust Run develops. The live consent-management interface should identify the technologies and third parties actually in use.
Trust Run will not pre-enable storage or access technologies that require consent. Where an applicable legal exception permits use without consent, Trust Run may rely on that exception only within its conditions.
Where consent is required, users will be given clear information and a genuine choice before the relevant technology is activated. Consent can be withdrawn or preferences changed through the cookie/privacy settings made available on the website or platform.
The definitive cookie/technology inventory must reflect the live production environment. Before launch, and whenever the technology stack changes, Trust Run should perform a technical audit and populate the live Cookie Settings interface with, as applicable: technology/cookie name, provider, purpose, category, duration and whether information is shared with a third party.
This policy deliberately does not invent cookie names or durations that have not been technically verified on the production website.
The following technologies have been verified on the production website and are used strictly to operate the platform:
| Provider / technology | Purpose | Category | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Session and authentication (cookies / local storage) | Strictly necessary | No consent required |
| Stripe (__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid; checkout/dashboard only) | Payment fraud prevention | Strictly necessary | No consent required |
Trust Run currently uses only strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies; no consent banner is required at this time. A consent mechanism will be introduced if and when non-essential technologies (e.g. analytics or marketing) are added.
Some functions may depend on independent providers, for example payment, hosting, security, analytics, communications, embedded content or other platform integrations. Where those providers place or access information on a user's device through Trust Run, the applicable consent and transparency requirements will be addressed through the live consent mechanism and this policy.
A link to a third-party website does not by itself mean that Trust Run controls technologies used after the user leaves Trust Run.
Session technologies normally expire when the relevant session ends. Persistent technologies remain for the period stated in the live Cookie Settings or until removed, expired, objected to or withdrawn as applicable.
Trust Run will keep durations proportionate to their stated purposes and review them as part of its technology audits.
Users can change their Trust Run cookie/privacy preferences through the Cookie Settings link where made available on the website. Browser or device controls may also allow users to delete or block technologies, although doing so may affect strictly necessary or requested functionality.
Where consent is withdrawn, Trust Run will stop future use of the relevant consent-based technology as required; withdrawal does not retrospectively invalidate processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, the Trust Run platform or the technologies actually deployed. The current version and effective date will be published on the website.
If a new use is not covered by a user's existing consent, fresh consent will be requested where required.
